We are looking for a Digital Project Management Coordinator for an authority within the transport sector.

This is a consulting assignment.

The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role involves leading, coordinating, and developing the project's digital working methods and information processes during the transition between the planning phase and the execution phase. The assignment includes responsibility for information management, BIM, GIS, data, security clearance, and development efforts related to, among other things, FME and AI. The role also entails leading the digital coordination function, as well as supporting and coordinating specialist roles to ensure structured, efficient, and uniform working methods within the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the project's digital working methods, information processes, and delivery control.
• Be responsible for the structure, strategies, and management of project portals and information environments, such as Avima.
• Lead, support, and monitor resources within BIM, GIS, data, and digital development.
• Ensure quality, structure, traceability, and compliance in data, BIM, and GIS management, as well as information security and ISO requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, technical areas, external suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor coordination meetings and support the organization in digital working methods and tools.
• Create and manage governing documents within BIM and information management.
• Lead and coordinate information flows and coordinated deliveries between disciplines.
• Quality-assure digital deliveries and ensure uniform application of working methods and requirements.
• Be responsible for strategies regarding handover processes and participate in procurement and requirement setting for digital deliveries.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Civil, university engineering degree, or qualified university college engineering degree in technology, construction, or infrastructure.
• Experience in data-driven business development where the consultant has had a leading role for at least three resources in at least two (2) infrastructure or construction projects, with a project budget over 500 million SEK.
• The consultant must have experience with digital change processes and the introduction of new working methods, as well as coordinating work between different business areas. Digital change process refers to the introduction or development of digital working methods, systems, or information models where the consultant has had a leading or coordinating role.
• Work experience from at least two (2) projects within either construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure with a project turnover over 200 million SEK – where the consultant has been responsible for BIM-, GIS-, or data-driven information management. Responsibility means that the consultant has had a role where the person led, coordinated, or quality-assured deliveries within BIM, GIS, or data-driven information management.
• Work experience in leading a work group (coordinating at least three other resources within planning and follow-up).
• The consultant must have experience in leading or coordinating digital transformation in projects where there are requirements for digital management, for example, the introduction or compliance with digital management methods, information models, or structured data deliveries to management.

Merits

• Previously been responsible in an organization or project for information processes, process leadership, and delivery control regarding data-driven information-based models within management, BIM, and GIS.
• Experience working in a coordinating role according to established project models such as PMI, XLPM, or equivalent, with a supplier or public purchaser.
• Experience of having worked with and implemented working methodology according to "ISO 19650 Organization and digitalization of information for the built environment, including building information modeling (BIM) – Information management through building information modeling".
