As a Production Engineer with our client, you will become a key person in developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with operators, production managers, and other technical functions to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective processes.

The role involves a combination of practical work in production and analytical work with process development. You will be part of a competent and engaged team that together drives improvements in production technology, quality, and sustainability.

In the role, you will design and plan manufacturing layouts and production flows for optimal efficiency, as well as develop and define production sequences and manufacturing methods. You identify and solve production-related problems and ensure that all processes follow applicable regulations and standards.

You will also:

• Specify manufacturing equipment and tools and drive improvement initiatives
• Adapt machines and processes based on production conditions
• Perform tests and follow-ups throughout the entire production chain
• Support the product development team with technical specifications and manufacturing aspects

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Production Engineer or a similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
• Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role requires this communication in internal as well as external contacts

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently and drive projects forward, while also having good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex process challenges. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and communicative, and enjoy being out in production and collaborating with people at different levels. Your curiosity about technology and your drive to improve both processes and results mean that you constantly contribute to development and success in the team. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

This is a consultancy assignment for 12 months, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site. There may be an opportunity for transition and direct employment with our client in the long run.
