About the role

As a Site Manager, you will play a central role in leading and coordinating railway construction projects – from planning and resource allocation to production and completion. You are responsible for the project's progress, economy, quality, and working environment, ensuring that the work is carried out according to set goals and requirements. You act as a key link between the client, production, and internal functions, driving the work forward, creating structure, and ensuring the right conditions are in place for successful execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and coordinating projects within railway construction
• Responsible for production, progress, and daily management on-site
• Ensuring work is carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Responsible for working environment and safety within the projects
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients, contractors, and internal functions
• Participate in project planning, costing, and resource allocation
• Monitor economy, forecasts, and project results

About you

We are looking for someone who is confident in their leadership and thrives in a role where you take responsibility, make decisions, and drive the work forward. You are structured, solution-oriented, and accustomed to working in projects with high tempo and many interfaces. You easily build trust in your relationships and enjoy working closely with both production and clients. At the same time, you have a business-minded perspective and a good understanding of how production, economy, and quality interact in contracting projects.

We would like you to have:

• Experience from a leading role within railway contracting, for example as Site Manager, Foreman, or Project Manager
• Good understanding of production, working environment, and economic follow-up
• Experience in contracting management and client contact
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative tools
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
