Production Supervisor – Sheet Metal & Manufacturing

About the Role

As a Production Supervisor in sheet metal production, you will play a central role in daily operations. You will be responsible for planning, leading, and distributing work within the production area, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently and with high quality. This role involves close collaboration with both the production team and other departments, contributing to a positive work environment and a well-functioning production process. You will report directly to the Production Manager and become a key part of the ongoing development work within production.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a leadership role within production or manufacturing industries.
• Has good knowledge of sheet metal processing and feels comfortable in a practical, production-oriented environment.
• Is structured and capable of organizing, prioritizing, and following up on daily tasks to create an efficient production flow.
• Takes responsibility, is proactive, and thrives working both independently and as part of a team.
• Has a natural leadership style and can motivate the team through clear, communicative, and attentive leadership.
