For the 2026 season, Trädgård & Markmiljö i Väst AB is looking for a Service/Construction Worker for our operations in Trollhättan. We are looking for someone with industry experience, who is hands-on, and thrives in physical work where quality, responsibility, and teamwork are important parts of everyday life.

About the Role

As a Service/Construction Worker with us, you will work with service tasks and simpler construction projects related to the outdoor environments we maintain in Trollhättan. This position is for you if you enjoy freedom under responsibility and a mix of tasks. The duties are varied and may include, among other things:

• Groundworks
• Paving works
• Planting works
• Simple carpentry
• Service and maintenance of outdoor environments
• Other common tasks within maintenance and construction

The work is primarily outdoors and suits you if you enjoy practical work, taking responsibility, and contributing to creating functional and attractive environments.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in similar roles within the industry
• Has a Category B driver's license
• Is hands-on and used to working independently
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Enjoys collaborating with colleagues
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

It is an advantage if you have

• Industry training in areas such as construction, landscaping, or similar
• Machine experience and possibly a forklift license
• Experience in similar service and construction roles
