We at Attendo are now looking for more substitutes for Attendo Alunskiffern in Varberg. Attendo Alunskiffern is a new and fresh residence with 54 places, focusing on Sport & Spa. We are driven by quality and put the finishing touches on our customers' lives.

About the role

As a nursing assistant (undersköterska) with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes is a large part of your role, as well as contributing with activities that brighten up the daily life of our elderly residents.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Assisting with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
• Performing documentation and working based on decided interventions.
• Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.
• Driver's license B (depending on segment/position)

Merits:

• Experience from care work in elderly care.
• Experience with delegation.

About the recruitment process
