About the role

As a Finance Assistant, you will primarily work with the handling and bookkeeping of supplier invoices. You will become an important part of the finance function and actively contribute to ensuring efficient processes and high quality in daily operations.

Your main responsibilities

The tasks include, among other things:

• Handling and bookkeeping of supplier invoices
• Problem-solving related to invoice flows and discrepancies
• Identifying and suggesting improvements for more efficient handling
• Escalation of issues and discrepancy management
• Ongoing contact with internal and external parties

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has basic financial education and/or experience working with supplier accounts payable
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
• Has good administrative skills and works in a structured manner

Experience with the business system Agresso is considered an advantage. As a person, you are:
