Viktor Rydberg School in Jarlaplan is looking for a Digitalization Manager. The position is permanent with a workload of 40–50%. Start date is negotiable.

About the Role
As a Digitalization Manager, you will lead digital transformation projects and implement new technology. Together with the school's management team, you will lead the strategic development of the school's digital environment and be responsible for information security and GDPR matters. You will analyze operational data in close collaboration with the school leadership and the main organization.
You will play a key role in driving and ensuring the quality of digital pedagogy, while also training and mentoring teachers in integrating digital tools to enhance student learning. Additionally, you will support the school's IT administrator with account management in the school's digital systems, as well as the handling of student laptops and other IT equipment.
Your Qualifications
It is important that you are structured and systematic in your approach, observant, and responsive to what needs to be done, with the ability to prioritize effectively. You possess high social competence, good collaboration skills, are responsible, and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor. Furthermore, you have experience and a strong interest in IT and technology/computers.
You should find it easy to learn new operational systems and platforms. Experience working with the IT system G Suite for Education and various school information systems is required. Familiarity with Schoolsoft, Prorenata, and CoSafe is considered a merit.
You have experience in developing digital learning environments and ensuring that ICT is used in accordance with regulatory documents.
A requirement for applicants is a minimum of three years of upper secondary education, plus further higher education. Education related to change management and IT is considered a merit.
