About the Role

You are responsible for a specific geographical area and will receive assignments on an ongoing basis. Each assignment contains details about who is being sought, whether private individuals or companies. Your work involves actively attempting to contact the person and hand over the documents against receipt. This is usually done by searching for their registered address, workplace, or by finding other ways to locate them.

The work is preferably carried out in the evenings and on weekends. It is a flexible and mobile job with significant personal responsibility. All reporting is done to us via our web-based data system, and our office staff are available during daytime hours to answer any questions.

About Aktiv Delgivning

Aktiv Delgivning is a specialized process serving company with nearly 25 years of industry experience and is authorized by the County Administrative Board. The operations are run from our office in central Gothenburg. Aktiv Delgivning has assignments throughout Sweden and collaborates with approximately 130 process servers.

Who are you?

• You have a clean criminal record. This is a requirement as your suitability is assessed by the County Administrative Board.
• You are calm, stable, and have an easy time meeting new people.
• It is important that you are responsible, as you work largely independently.
• You are solution-oriented and good at achieving results.

Requirements and Experience

• Class B driver's license and access to your own car.
• High school diploma.
• You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the process serving or debt collection industry is considered an advantage.

Working Hours

As a process server at Aktiv Delgivning, you work on an assignment basis. Payment is made monthly based on completed results.
