About Us

Dals Ängar is a modern and cozy nursing home with 60 apartments distributed across six wards and three floors. You will work with a fantastic team that constantly strives to achieve good and high-quality care. We are now looking for you who want to give that little extra to ensure our elderly residents enjoy their stay with us during the summer months.

About the Role

As a summer substitute, your work will involve providing good care and support to the elderly. You will work from a person-centered approach and, among other things, carry out the following tasks:

• Receive delegation for medication administration from the Practical Nurse (SSK).
• Organize and conduct fun activities.
• Handle documentation and incident reports.
• Take overall responsibility together with your colleagues to plan and distribute tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with HSL staff; Practical Nurses (SSK), rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses.

Working Hours and Degree of Employment: Varying degree of employment. Day/Evening/Weekend/Night shifts.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting, other benefits according to collective agreement.

Start Date: According to agreement.

Who are you? We would like you to be a trained Assistant Nurse (SSK) or have experience as a Care Assistant, preferably with experience from nursing homes or home care services. In addition to education and experience, your personal qualities are equally important. To thrive in the role of an hourly employee, we believe you are a social person who wants to spread joy and create well-being for the people around you. A smile or a kind word can make someone else's day much better.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in nursing homes or home care services.
• Experience working with people with dementia.
