In the role of care assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You work, for example, with helping with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and providing social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that everyone can live life, for life. This can range from chatting, playing games, going on excursions, or finding fun activities to do together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague for full-time permanent employment with a probationary period, with an employment rate of 100%, starting as soon as possible.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a care assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• A B driver's license or the ability to cycle

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in home care.

To thrive in the role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. Here, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
