About the role

As a group manager at Humana Norrtälje Hamn, you combine administrative leadership with being present in the daily care work. The split is approximately 40% administrative work and 60% care work. You are a role model who leads by your own actions and creates a work climate characterized by the Humana spirit: engagement, responsibility, and joy.

• Close leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your group. Your focus is to support, give feedback, and ensure the quality of operations according to Humana's methods.

• Development: You are part of the local management group and report to the operations manager. Here, you get to influence the future of the residence.

About us

Humana Norrtälje Hamn is a modern senior residence located centrally in Norrtälje. It is a large but personal residence with close proximity to Norrtälje's beautiful harbor. Communication links are very good, only about a ten-minute walk to Norrtälje bus station. There are parking spaces near the residence where you can park for free for two hours; other times are chargeable. Bicycle racks are located close to the residence.

The senior residence consists of 80 cozy apartments, divided over four floors with two units on each floor. Each unit has a shared kitchen with bright dining areas for pleasant meals and living rooms that invite to socializing. We also have a fifth floor where we have a rooftop terrace, assembly hall, gym, sauna, and changing rooms.

We base our work on person-centered care and support where our customers are in focus.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and who are passionate about developing both people and operations. As a leader, you are secure, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to motivate others.

We are looking for you who:

• Are clear in your communication and create involvement in the team.

• Have a coaching approach and are sensitive to the needs of both residents and employees.

• Are solution-oriented and take responsibility for both quality and economic frameworks.

• Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills.

Experience of leadership within senior care is considered an advantage, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability and your willingness to grow with us.

About the position:

• Working hours and degree: Day, evening, and night shifts – 100%.

• Employment type: Permanent employment, we apply a six-month probation period.

• Salary: We apply individual salary setting for base salary. Other compensations are given according to collective agreements.

• Start date: Earliest 2026-09-07 or as agreed.
