We are looking for you who are a Registered Nurse with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare and have experience working with home healthcare in ordinary housing. We would like you to have at least 2–4 years of experience in the field and good collaboration skills. You must master the Swedish language in speech and writing, and perhaps speak one or more other languages. You should focus on the individual, see their needs, and be flexible regarding their decisions. It is important that you can collaborate with others and are sensitive to the needs and changes that may arise. Are you engaged and do you believe that your work with other people gives you value? About Us

Abello Home Care – we are a reliable home care service that provides support according to municipal decisions on assistance. In addition to home care, we deliver home healthcare and household-related services. We work in teams – we develop together and work towards common goals. We have an HSL team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

Employment level 50–60% (preferably with experience in elderly care, this can be discussed upon individual request).

The team and our collaboration are important parts of our culture. Together, we focus on finding solutions and always putting the patient's best interests first. We solve problems and learn from them. You will have close collaboration with unit managers, other members of the HSL team, and nursing staff. This includes, among other things, mentoring and educating nursing staff and performing routine nursing tasks. Your Responsibilities

Currently, we are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Lund. The main task as a Registered Nurse within Abello Home Healthcare involves:

• Maintaining a professional attitude, meaning you always ensure high quality in care and interaction.
• Documenting in Lifecare to ensure we maintain high quality and delivery security. Digital signing of HSL interventions takes place in APPVA to ensure good care and support.
• Being flexible and development-oriented.
• Taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate.
• Experience and knowledge of the medical record system Lifecare is an advantage.
• Working hours are scheduled on weekdays, normally 07:00–16:00.
