About the job

We are nearly 230 colleagues at Kronofogden working with IT development. We create the technical prerequisites for our colleagues, whose daily work contributes to ensuring the financing of the public sector, creating a well-functioning credit society for citizens and business, and combating crime.

As a Delivery Area Manager, you work at a strategic/tactical level within the development value stream. You will be responsible for ensuring that IT development meets the organization's prioritized development needs in the short and long term. You are also responsible for lifecycle management and application availability. Through close collaboration with several roles, the Delivery Area Manager ensures the creation, updating, prioritization, and follow-up of the tactical backlog and its epics. A key part of the role is to support and coach the delivery leads in your area.

Examples of tasks included in the role:

  • Drive the preparation process for technically mandatory development and lifecycle activities.
  • Ensure capacity within the delivery areas to implement decided IT development and lifecycle management activities.

  • Ensure that time, cost, and agreed content are maintained during the realization of IT development. It is important to create prerequisites for MVP deliveries.
  • Drive change management.
  • Promote modern ways of working, e.g., agile methods.

As an employee here, you become part of a department with high competence and helpful colleagues who work together towards continuous improvement.

The primary location is Sundbyberg, but alternative locations may apply.
