We are looking for a Requirements Manager for the Subway section within the Investment Projects department at a traffic authority.

This is a consultancy assignment. The work location is Stockholm.

The position is at 80% of full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role of Requirements Manager involves leading and developing requirements work within a major infrastructure project for the subway's signaling systems and traffic control systems. The assignment includes ensuring that needs, effect goals, and functional requirements are identified, structured, and translated into governing requirements throughout the direction-setting and planning phases, in close collaboration with the project organization, stakeholders, and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Update and develop the requirements management plan.
• Drive and support the work of identifying and defining requirements from stakeholders and governing documents, as well as monitoring and managing interfaces.
• Identify and follow up on design and project prerequisites.
• Prepare decision support materials for requirements management, including deviations.
• Support the work of following up on requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on requirements handled in the project's Change Control Board.
• Participate in and lead workshops with experts and stakeholders.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• At least a Master of Science degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of combined documented experience working in one or more areas: infrastructure, rolling stock, other public transport, or development of technical systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering or Requirements Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in validation and verification.
• At least 4 years of practical experience using requirements management tools, such as Polarion.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

• At least 2 years of experience in formal change and baseline management as a responsible person. Verified by 2 reference assignments.
• At least 2 years of experience working with rail-bound transport, e.g., as an infrastructure owner.
• At least 4 years of experience working within a project organization with international suppliers and/or customers.

Other Requirements

Security Clearance: Security clearance and register check are required.
