Job Description

We are now looking for a Supplier Quality Professional to join Siemens Energy in Finspång, starting in August. In this role, you will be responsible for quality-assuring core components – from the initial supplier contact to final delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and suppliers to drive deviation management with high precision and implement necessary corrective actions. We are looking for an analytical person who can quickly identify patterns, improve processes, and create stable quality flows. In this role, you will lead the development towards sustainable and efficient working methods that impact the entire organization.

In this role, you will coordinate and lead deviation management, from registration to implementation and follow-up. You will ensure that suppliers conduct correct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and take necessary actions to prevent recurring defects. You will analyze statistics and trends to identify recurring patterns and verify actions. Furthermore, you will continuously drive improvement processes for development within your area of responsibility.

We expect you to have experience from production, logistics, purchasing, quality, or another similar field. You possess strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with various stakeholders. Additionally, you are analytical, structured, and have a good understanding of material flows, inventory management, and quality-controlled processes.

You will become part of the Quality and Supplier Development team, working closely with strategic purchasing, production, and logistics to ensure the highest possible quality in deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate deviation management – from registration to implementation and follow-up.
• Ensure suppliers conduct correct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and that actions prevent recurring defects.
• Analyze statistics and trends to verify actions and identify recurring patterns.
• Prepare materials and reports for meetings.
• Drive improvements through process development and supplier development support within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience from production, logistics, purchasing, quality, or another relevant field.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to build trusting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Goal-oriented.
• Very good understanding of material flows, efficient inventory management, and working with quality-controlled processes.
• (SAP knowledge is a plus).
