Responsibilities
As a Service Sales Representative, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily work in the workshop, as well as follow up that completed work meets timeframes and quality standards – from booking work, preparations, and receiving customers and vehicles. The role involves optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity. Duties include receiving workshop customers both through customer visits and phone calls, and preparing cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work.

  • Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.
  • Follow up to ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all levels, from first contact with the customer to final delivery.
  • Explain different choices of actions and present different alternatives based on the customer's needs.

Key competencies/skills:

  • High school education, preferably automotive technical education or equivalent vocational training.
  • A few years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, where you have demonstrated good social skills and delivery towards the customer.
  • Good computer and telephone skills.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Good sense of service and an attitude of finding the best solutions for your customers.
  • Goal- and result-oriented with high drive.
  • Knowledge of Kobra is a plus.
