Are you a midwife who thrives in a leadership role?

We are now looking for you who has experience working at a midwife clinic and wants to be part of launching and running a new midwife clinic in Jakobsberg, with operations starting in September. You will have full responsibility for personnel, working environment, and budget in close collaboration with the regional manager and other managerial colleagues within Mama Mia. You will also become part of a well-functioning and pleasant management group that meets regularly. Within Mama Mia, you will help shape the operations, join the management group, and together we drive the business forward. Here, you get both independent work and a strong team spirit.

We use the medical record systems Obstetrix and Take Care, but will transition to Cosmiq Birth during the autumn according to the plan applicable for Region Stockholm.

Your responsibilities:

At Mama Mia Kvarnen, you will initially work in a team of 2-3 midwives. As the manager of the clinic, a large part of your work will be clinical with standard tasks at a midwife clinic, but extra time for managerial duties will be allocated as the clinic grows. The clinic is located together with a well-established Child Health Care Center (BVC) that has been in operation for many years. You will thus become part of a larger context and will also have a managerial colleague on site. We work with both physical and digital visits. We also work on behalf of Region Stockholm.

Since working at a midwife clinic is independent, you must be driven and accustomed to structuring your own work. At the same time, it is very important that you have good collaboration skills and work for your team, the clinic, and Mama Mia. You have good prioritization skills and can work at a high pace when required.

Employment and application:

• Permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
• Start date by agreement, with the possibility of starting immediately.

About you

We prefer that you have previously worked at a midwife clinic. Previous management experience is meritorious. Great importance is placed on personal qualities and engagement.
