About the role
As an Administrator at Actemium AB, you play a central role in the business unit, supporting operations with administrative and financial tasks crucial for the progress of projects and business. You work closely with project managers, business unit managers, and controllers, contributing to ensuring that routines, deadlines, and quality are maintained in daily work.
Examples of tasks:
- Invoicing and tracking project costs
- Tracking customer invoices and payments
- Ensuring time reporting
- Handling expenses, orders, and purchases
- Setting up customers and projects in business systems
- Support in systems and administrative processes
The role is broad and needs-driven, implying variation and requirements for structure and prioritization skills.
We are looking for you with:
- Economic high school education or administrative experience
- Good IT skills
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious qualifications:
- Experience with invoicing, time reporting, and administrative tasks
- Experience with supplier accounting and business systems such as SAP
