In the role of Customer Success Support, you will become a valuable person in Prenax's customer journey. Your main goal is to work together with the Customer Success team to ensure high service delivery to their B2B customers and help them with their cases. The team works to ensure that all inquiries and cases are handled in a professional and smooth manner. Your days will be varied, ranging from handling incoming customer orders, guiding subscription-related cases, and guiding customers in the Prenax Online tool. You will communicate primarily via the CRM system Salesforce, but also by phone when necessary.
You will have close collaboration with your colleagues in the team and ensure that you escalate more advanced cases to the right person within the organization. This is an entry-level role that gives you a solid foundation to build upon within the company, with the opportunity to eventually develop towards your own customer portfolio.

Responsibilities
The role involves handling and resolving customer cases via email, ensuring smooth administration of subscriptions and memberships, and collaborating internally and externally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Answer and handle customer questions via email regarding subscriptions, memberships, and databases.
- Prioritize and resolve incoming cases efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and identify problems in the supply chain.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to find solutions.
- Register and update cases in the CRM system (Service Cloud/Salesforce).
- Work with order management and data in Excel.
- Build and maintain good relationships with Prenax B2B customers.
We are looking for you who
- Have very good system proficiency and good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel.
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in customer service, customer success, or support in a similar role.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as both languages are used daily in the role.
- Have a high school education.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- An interest in and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Additional language skills.
