About the position

Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a cheerful and pleasant team with the fastest-growing car brand in Sweden, Kia. At Svenska Motor, a total of approximately 60 people work with the entire car flow, from new cars, used cars, workshop, service, and detailing.

We are looking for you who want to become the world's best service advisor. This means you will take care of all our customers in the aftermarket and ensure that the workshop team has a well-planned workflow. You will be the hub of the network and face many challenges that need to be solved quickly, so that we can efficiently drive the workshop forward.

Your skills

• You should enjoy and be accustomed to working towards set goals and preferably have insights into how we can achieve them.
• You like challenges and development.
• You are meticulous, responsible, and have the ability to work independently, while also being a good team player.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.
• Good computer skills, quick in communication in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience from the automotive industry or a similar service-oriented role is meritorious.
• A category B driver's license is required.
