About the role

As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. We are currently looking for a retail sales assistant for our iron and tools department.

Your main responsibilities will primarily consist of sales and advising customers. Thanks to your product knowledge and sales skills, you ensure that customers can complete their projects.

Examples of duties

• Active sales of the product range within iron, tools, and electrical
• Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area
• Responsibility for incoming goods, display, and department renovations
• Analyze the department's product presentation
• Assist on other departments as needed

Your profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent, along with retail experience
• Experience in iron and tools is required
• Passion for offering our customers the best possible service
• Enable customers to realize their projects through professional advice on our wide product range
• You are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Meritorious if you have a forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and lift license

Working hours/Duration: Permanent. Weekend extra 5 hours/week (10 hours/alternate weekend).
