Your Role

As a Property Technician, your responsibility is to monitor and manage the operation and maintenance of your assigned properties. You will work both independently and in teams, handling repairs, supervision, and maintenance of the building and its fixtures. You will also conduct technical and operational rounds. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with customers and tenants by being accommodating and professional.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• Property competence through relevant vocational education or equivalent work experience.

• Experience working as a property technician.

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.

• General computer proficiency.

• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits:

• Experience with property-related case management systems.

• Certificates for Hot Work, Fall Protection, Lift, Facility Operator for Fire Alarm, Facility Operator for Sprinkler, SBA.

• Working hours: Daytime, 7-16 or 8-17 depending on the assignment.

• Location: Stockholm.

• The position is a permanent full-time employment with a probation period of the first 6 months.
