Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will become a key part of our team. You will provide excellent customer service, perform basic maintenance and control-related tasks, and support daily operations. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, has experience in service, and has a genuine interest in vehicles.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Professionally greeting customers, providing advice and information about our services and products.

• Booking and planning service cases, as well as communicating with the workshop and spare parts warehouse.

• Handling administrative tasks related to customer cases, documentation, and reporting.

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient and safe workflow.

Your Background

• Experience in service work, preferably with customer contact and practical service tasks.

• Interest in vehicles and basic technical understanding; previous work in vehicle-related activities is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and experience in dealing with customers in various situations.

• Ability to work in a structured manner, be meticulous, and follow routines and checklists.

• Requirement: Valid Driver's License (Category B)
