One of our products is Visiba Care, a digital care platform that enables healthcare providers to deliver care through smart digital workflows for patient management – integrated with existing healthcare systems. Visiba Care helps clinicians and administrators streamline patient flows, reduce friction in clinical daily life, and simultaneously improve accessibility for patients seeking digital care, from first contact through the entire care journey. And now we are looking for someone who wants to shape the future with us.

Could it be you?

As Product Manager for Visiba Care, you will have a central role in developing a product that actually makes a difference – for patients, healthcare staff, and society at large.

You will work closely with both users and customers to understand real needs, make smart and data-driven decisions, and help the team turn insights into solutions with clear value.

You will become part of an engaged, cross-functional team consisting of a team lead, developers, designers, and QA. Together, you will work closely with our commercial team – with a shared focus on user and customer value.

You will also collaborate closely with our regulatory team to find the right balance between innovation and regulations – so that we can move fast where we can and responsibly where we must. Always with safety, quality, and long-term trust in focus.

The role also involves balancing needs from different markets and identifying new opportunities where Visiba can create even greater value within healthcare.

• Drive discovery work and create deep understanding of users, customers, and healthcare needs

• Help the team navigate complex problems and find solutions that are valuable, feasible, and sustainable

• Prioritize clearly and create understanding of what is most important – and why

• Work data-driven with feedback, analysis, and rapid iterations to continuously improve the product

• Create alignment and engagement between the team, functions, and stakeholders

You are a clear and unpretentious communicator who is happy to roll up your sleeves, create direction, and help the team move forward even when the path is not entirely clear.

You also understand that the best products are built when technology, business, product, and people work closely together.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile software company, preferably within SaaS, B2B, and/or healthtech

• Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders

• Very good communication skills – both with customers and internally

• Strong informal leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and team development

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement

• Is used to empowered teams and driving outcomes rather than just deliveries
