What does the role entail? As an optician at Synsam, you are the heart of our operations. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend optical aids to our customers at the highest clinical level.

You will become part of an engaged team consisting of a Store Manager and Style and Customer Advisors – together you will inspire our customers to successful purchases and make their experience with us memorable.

We are looking for an optician who:

• ✨ Values meeting people and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• ✨ Is attentive to the customer's needs and has a pronounced quality consciousness.
• ✨ Communicates pedagogically and confidently with customers.
• ✨ Is responsible and solution-oriented.
• ✨ Holds an optician license – with or without a DO/Master's degree.

Of course, we also expect you to have a passion for eye health!
