Do you have a passion for modern IT infrastructure and want to help shape the technical platforms of the future? We are now looking for an IT Architect within Infrastructure who wants to take a key role in the development of complex and business-critical IT environments. As an IT Architect, you will work closely with other architects and specialists in both teams and individual assignments. You will have the opportunity to develop together with engaged and experienced colleagues in an organization that values innovation, learning, and competence development.

Your responsibilities

You will be involved in designing and developing the technical platforms of the future. You work closely with the business, service managers, technical specialists, and other architects to ensure that IT solutions are designed according to business requirements, regulatory requirements, and established architecture principles.

You will play a central role in creating sustainable and efficient infrastructure solutions and contribute with technical advice and decision support in strategic matters.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and needs
• Design and develop solution proposals within the infrastructure area
• Support service managers and service owners as a technical expert
• Prepare decision support for both business and technical choices
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, processes, standards, and policies
• Document technical solutions and architectures
• Present and communicate solutions to different audiences and forums

Your profile

We are looking for you who thrive in a role where you switch between a holistic perspective and technical details. You are communicative, self-starting, and have an easy time explaining complex technical solutions to different types of audiences. You appreciate working in teams where knowledge sharing and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life.

You have previous experience within the infrastructure area and a genuine interest in security, architecture, and modern IT environments.

Requirements:

• At least 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with several years in a leading or explicit architect role
• Deep technical competence in complex infrastructure solutions and enterprise environments
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions in large On-premises, hybrid, and Cloud environments
• Experience in strategic architecture work and technical choices in large organizations
• Very good understanding of IT security, regulatory requirements, and governing frameworks
• Documented experience in producing technical decision support and driving architecture issues
• Accustomed to communicating technical solutions with both technical and business stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

The assignment is covered by defense secrecy, which requires working on-site five days a week. Security clearance interviews and background checks will be conducted. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
