RA Group is looking for a Junior Project Manager in Västerås!

We are a dynamic electrical engineering company that is expanding rapidly. We are currently in an intensive development phase, which is why we are looking for a Junior Project Manager who wants to grow with us, serving clients within Construction and National Construction.

Our vision is simple: we do what we promise, and we do it right!

We are looking for you who has a background as a fully qualified electrician or lead technician with the ambition to take on a role as a project manager. You will collaborate with senior leaders, which will give you the right development opportunities to eventually take on larger projects and assignments on your own.

What does a Project Manager do at RA Group?

• Leads multiple electrical projects simultaneously.
• Works with ETA (ÄTA) management, orders, and invoicing.
• Manages contact with customers, employees, and other involved parties.
• Communicates internally with our own colleagues, such as project managers, flow managers, and other staff, to ensure work is carried out effectively.
• Follows up and conducts checks on works.
• Participates in site meetings, walkthroughs, and check-ins on-site at the projects.
