Your main responsibilities
As a sales representative with us, you will:
- Proactively sell sustainable workplace design and holistic solutions that contribute to better work environments for people in offices, education, and care.
- Actively target decision-makers and other target groups within the public and private sectors.
- Be part of, and work together with, a high-performing local team as well as central teams.
- Work with proactive sales/new customer acquisition to gain market share.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we are looking for you who:
- Have a strong interest in business and are result-driven.
- Are structured – you work methodically and have the ability to think both short-term and long-term.
- Are curious, fearless, and eager to learn – you keep up to date with what is happening in the world and locally.
- Are communicative and relationship-building – you have a natural ability to build, develop, and maintain relationships.
- Have experience conducting presentations for both small and large customer groups.
- Have good knowledge of the Office package and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
An academic education is an advantage.
During the recruitment process, we use psychometric testing for candidates selected for interviews and background checks for the final candidate.
The position requires a valid driver's license (Category B).
Kinnarps applies a 6-month probation period.
