As a Sales Service Technician, you will become a key person with great opportunities to influence both your own and the company's development. This position is a replacement recruitment where you will take over and further develop an already well-functioning operation.
You will ideally be based in Gällivare, Kiruna, or Luleå (or another location in Norrbotten) and will be responsible for the entire Norrbotten and Västerbotten regions.
About the role:
Klüber Lubrication is a well-established player in the lubricant market in northern Sweden. The role primarily involves developing and maintaining existing customer relationships within the mining industry, as well as identifying and establishing new business opportunities in other industries. In your sales work, you will collaborate closely with our existing sales engineer in the north, and your execution of service work at customer facilities is a strong value-creating element. The role of Service Technician involves many contact points both externally and internally, where you are part of a Swedish, Nordic, and global sales team. You are offered personal development and are encouraged to participate in development projects, as well as share your knowledge and experiences with the rest of the organization. The position involves considerable travel, but also freedom under responsibility. You report directly to the Swedish Sales Manager.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Maintain and develop cooperation with existing customers.
- Perform service work and inspections at customer facilities.
- Identify and establish contact with new customers in the northern industrial sector.
- In collaboration with the sales engineer, be responsible for and drive the entire service and sales process towards customers.
- Work with the delivery structure towards the customer.
- Monitor the market and engage in networking.
- Participate in various development projects.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Experience in technical work within the mining or industrial sector.
- Relevant technical education, or equivalent competence acquired through substantial experience.
- Good general computer skills (Office package).
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Valid B-driver's license.
