We are now looking for a: Property Maintenance Technician in Kiruna.

Your Role:

You will be part of a team of 10–15 people working with property maintenance, operations, and electricity. Your main tasks will involve the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of properties and outdoor areas. At ALLTIME Malmfälten AB, we work in a technical environment, and your duties will include maintaining water and heating systems, roads, vehicles, and general technical services throughout the area.

Snow removal is part of the work during the winter. Working as a property maintenance technician with us suits you if you thrive in a varied, mobile, and independent role with frequent customer contact. Your service orientation, outgoing personality, and practical mindset form a good foundation for success in this position.

Competency Profile

Education in property management/operations, construction, plumbing/HVAC, or similar is an advantage. You enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are responsible and service-oriented, striving for the goal of "satisfied customers" to maintain good and long-term customer and business relationships. You have strong social skills and a natural aptitude for delivering service. Duration and Working Hours: Permanent, Full-time
