Tallkvisten Fastigheter AB is a family-owned company in Boden that rents out residential properties, commercial premises, and corporate housing. The group also operates Hotel Drottninggatan 11 and restaurant DG11 in central Boden. With a property portfolio of approximately 20 buildings and several ongoing projects, we are now looking for more employees to join our team.

Do you want a varied job where no day is the same? We are now looking for a driven and practical carpenter/craftsman to join our team.

The work consists of varied assignments within our properties and operations, including but not limited to:

• Carpentry and renovation work
• Apartment renovations and maintenance
• Property management and rounds
• Outdoor work and maintenance of green areas
• Service, repair, and maintenance work
• Other tasks related to the business

We are looking for someone who:

• Is self-motivated and solution-oriented
• Is practical and enjoys varied tasks
• Has experience in carpentry and preferably broad knowledge in other craft areas
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Is responsible and service-oriented
