JOBmeal is looking for a driven and relationship-building Account Manager for Örebro. Here you get the chance to work with a product that engages people, in a company where the local and personal touch still makes the difference.
The team in Örebro is a tight-knit group of nine people who help each other, cheer each other on, and enjoy when things are happening.
As an Account Manager at JOBmeal, you are responsible for the entire business, from initial contact and booking to quote, closing, and long-term relationships. You build your own district, drive your own work forward, and have great freedom under responsibility.
In Örebro, there is already a strong customer base and great potential for further growth.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new customers and business opportunities in Örebro and the surrounding area
- Booking and conducting meetings with both new and existing customers
- Conducting coffee tastings and presenting solutions based on customer needs
- Preparing quotes, negotiating, and writing contracts
- Building long-term relationships and developing existing customers
- Working strategically and long-term with your sales and pipeline
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets

To succeed in the role, we believe you:
- Have experience in sales and relationship-building work
- Enjoy proactive sales and booking work
- Have a strong personal drive and take responsibility for your results
- Are communicative and confident in social situations
- Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
Experience in B2B sales is a merit, but most important to us is the right attitude, energy, and willingness to develop. You are confident in making initial contact with new customers and see the phone as a natural work tool. You thrive in proactive sales and are motivated by creating new business opportunities through proactive customer contact.
