The Swedish Parliament Administration is an agency tasked with facilitating the work of the Riksdag (Swedish Parliament). Approximately 750 politically neutral employees work at the Swedish Parliament Administration on a wide variety of tasks. We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager for the Infrastructure and Telephony section. Here, you will work with socially vital IT infrastructure in environments where security and high availability are central.

Your Responsibilities

You will coordinate and ensure the delivery of technical solutions, acting as a link between the business operations and the technology. You will be responsible for managing risks and ensuring high quality in deliveries. The role requires strong technical understanding and the ability to drive projects, while actively contributing to innovative proposals regarding design and architecture.

You will also have an administrative and coordinating function for two other parliamentary agencies: the Parliamentary Ombudsmen (JO) and the National Audit Office. Documentation and procedures are also a key part of the work.

Your Qualifications

You have

  • Several years of experience working with technical solutions, architecture, and systems, enabling you to communicate effectively with developers and other technical colleagues.
  • Several years of experience in project methodology, e.g., Agile or Scrum, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and follow-up.
  • Several years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing expectations among clients and management.
  • Experience in developing and documenting technical procedures and processes.

As a person, you are driven and structured, and you enjoy working independently. At the same time, you must have good collaboration skills and be able to build networks, as the role involves extensive contact both within and outside the organization. You have the ability to quickly analyze problems, prioritize correctly, and make well-founded decisions under time pressure and in changing project environments.

Great importance will be attached to your personal qualities.

Employee engagement is important to us. Working with us means you are expected to act in accordance with our view of employee engagement: achieving results, developing, and collaborating.

The Swedish Parliament Administration applies a probationary employment period.

The position is classified for security clearance, which in this case requires Swedish citizenship and a passed security check. We welcome applicants with different experiences and backgrounds.

  • Employment type: Permanent position
  • Scope: Full-time
