Responsibilities
As a System Responsible within the administration object 'Business Support', you will be responsible for the entirety of your services and ensure they are available and maintain high quality. You will initiate assignments based on established administration plans, and together with technical architects and technicians, translate business needs into the best possible technical solutions. You will also ensure that changes fit into the technical environments. The role involves identifying new needs and improvement activities, as well as participating in development work. You will handle incidents, problems, and change management continuously according to ITIL processes. The role reports to the IT Administration Manager.

Examples of tasks:

• Application operations
• Documentation
• Change management
• Prepare materials for reporting, decisions, and administration plans
• Problem handling and root cause analysis
• Actively participate in improving working methods and application operations
• Solve problems and incidents by implementing changes in scripts and protocols as needed
• Develop instructions for incident handling, packaging, etc.
• Participate in dialogue with the business
• Collaborate with infrastructure and suppliers to solve problems and incidents, and to plan changes
• Maintain information in case management systems
• Handle smaller assignments within application administration

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Systems Science, or similar, ALTERNATIVELY at least 9 years of professional experience in the IT field
• At least 3 years of documented professional experience in a system administration role
• At least 3 years of professional experience working according to ITIL processes (e.g., incident handling)
• Good ability to communicate in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Merits

• At least 3 years of professional experience working within IT infrastructure (application server/network) for application incident handling
• At least 3 years of experience working according to administration models such as Pm3 or equivalent
• At least 3 years of professional experience with agile working methods or certified Scrum Master
