We are a small and family-like clinic with happy and enthusiastic employees! Folktandvården Årjäng is a pleasant, bright, and open clinic where the staff possesses broad competence. We are 12 employees working here. Living and working in Årjäng suits you if you thrive best away from the city hustle, and as an employee, you are also offered a rural area supplement of 6,000 SEK. At the same time, there are good and frequent connections to Karlstad, Oslo, and Stockholm.

We are here for our patients and want to give them the best dental care we can. Within Folktandvården, there are opportunities to participate in courses and be part of various networks. Your responsibilities

We are looking for you, as a dentist, who enjoys working with team-based dental care and treating your own patients, both children and adults. You will work with divided examinations together with a dental hygienist and a nurse, and if interested, there is also the possibility of an extended division of labor. Here, you have good opportunities to work variedly within the entire scope of a dentist's competence, from fillings and simple orthodontics to major prosthetics and surgery.

The position is a temporary assignment until July 2027 with a chance of extension.

Your knowledge and competencies

We are looking for you who are a licensed dentist. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing and work in a service-oriented, quality-conscious manner with good collaboration skills. You take initiative, contribute to the team, and meet patients with professionalism and care. We are keen on finding the right person for the assignment and will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Folktandvården Värmland is part of Region Värmland and has 17 general dental clinics, distributed across 24 different units – from Sysslebäck in the north to Säffle in the southwest. Additionally, there are clinics within all specialist fields that treat patients on referral. We are a forward-looking organization with quality and competence in focus. Approximately 560 people work here, who together have long and broad experience in working for better dental and oral health.
