About the Role
Our Customer Advisors are the heroes of Northmill. It is thanks to our Customer Advisors that Northmill holds the highest rating in the industry on Trustpilot, and it is their insights that enable us to develop the most user-friendly services for our customers.
At Northmill Customer Service, you will grow. Here you will work alongside wonderful colleagues, develop within service, and learn about financial services. As a Customer Advisor, your job is to help Northmill's customers achieve a better personal financial situation. This is Northmill's vision.
As a Customer Advisor, you will assist our customers via phone, email, and chat. Examples of cases you will handle include opening a savings account, applying for a loan, or lowering the interest rate on existing loans and credits. As a Customer Advisor, the customer is always at the center of your focus, with the goal of providing the best possible service. This role is for you if you are skilled at building relationships and are driven by a desire to help people.
About You
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and always strives to deliver world-class service. We also believe you are a flexible person with great curiosity, drive, and resilience. Additionally, you speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
It is an advantage if you have (but not a requirement):
An economics degree
Experience in customer service, sales, or credit management
