We at ELON Knut Pers are now looking for dedicated and service-oriented hourly white goods sales staff who wish to strengthen our team as needed in our stores within the Malmö–Trelleborg area.

About the role

As a salesperson with us, you will become an important part of the store team and the face of our business to our customers. Your main task is to help customers find the right products based on their needs and provide them with a really good shopping experience.

The duties include, among other things:

• Sales and advice within white goods
• Providing top-class customer service
• Picking items and warehouse management
• Keeping the store well-organized and pleasant
• Supporting the team where needed

This is a casual/as-needed position, which suits you if you are flexible and enjoy varying working hours and days.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and enjoys working with people. You are service-minded, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where the pace may vary.

We believe you:

• Have an easy time connecting with customers
• Enjoy sales and good service
• Are flexible and can step in with short notice
• Are self-motivated but also a team player
• Fluently speak and write Swedish
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy taking initiative

Previous experience in retail, sales, or white goods is advantageous, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

About the job

Casual / Hourly position. Shifts may occur in our stores within the Malmö–Trelleborg area. We are looking for you if you are flexible and available as needed!
