At Skånetrafiken, we are approximately 350 employees working with everything from business development, procurement, traffic planning, marketing, travel assistance processing, IT, and customer service. We work to develop our traffic and services so that our customers, currently amounting to 250,000 per day, can travel in a simple and sustainable way. We work in a vision- and value-driven organization with the goal of having more and happier customers. Within the business area Service Travel, we handle travel assistance and medical travel. Customer Service Service Travel consists of nine employees and has close cooperation with the entire Service Travel work area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you enjoy service and are looking for a varied job where no two days are alike? Now we have the opportunity to welcome two new colleagues to our team!

Your responsibilities as a customer service representative at Service Travel consist of providing customers with information about Service Travel's offerings and services. We are the customer's first point of contact and document all our cases. You provide support regarding performed services to our customers via phone, email, and through case tickets in our case management systems. Additionally, you work with the handling and investigation of customer cases.

When you start with us, you will receive an individually tailored introduction to your new role. Thereafter, you will gradually get into the work and will have access to a supervisor.

Working hours are scheduled in shifts between 08:00 and 18:00 on weekdays (excluding holidays).
The positions are covered by two fixed-term contracts. One contract is valid from immediately until 2026-12-31, and the other is valid from immediately until 2026-10-31.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a completed upper secondary education as well as good language skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we look for you who have previous experience in customer handling. If you also have previous experience within customer service/call center, travel assistance, and medical travel, it is an advantage.

For this role, we are looking for you who are service-oriented, provide a good reception, and communicate clearly in both speech and writing. In your work, you are independent, structured, and able to make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and are happy to share your knowledge and experiences. Furthermore, you have the ability to handle various parallel tasks and are at the same time quality-conscious and solution-oriented. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
