Store Manager with an interest in food, taste, and health

At Gunnarshögs Gård, you will work in a unique environment where quality, taste, and locally produced products are at the center. We are now looking for an engaged and self-reliant store manager who wants to help create a warm and inspiring experience for our visitors.

About Gunnarshögs Gård AB

We, who run Gunnarshögs Gård, are Erik and Anja. We have the privilege of living and working in the beautiful nature of Österlen, in a rolling landscape among golden rapeseed fields. Here, the raw materials we later process and sell in our farm shop and to retailers around the country are grown.

Gunnarshögs Gård is a family farm that has belonged to the Nilsson family since 1897. The business has evolved from a traditional farm to an innovative food company focusing on cold-pressed rapeseed oil. The rapeseed is grown on our own farm or very nearby, giving us full control over the entire production process – from seed to bottle.

We hope and believe that our local production contributes to a more vibrant countryside, sustainable development, and the opportunity to make healthy choices with a high quality of life.

Your Role

As the store manager, you will have a varied and independent role where you are responsible for the daily operations of the store, including sales, purchasing, and ensuring an attractive and well-stocked assortment. You are the face of the store towards our customers and contribute to creating a pleasant, welcoming, and inspiring store environment.

The role includes among other things:

  • providing personal and engaged service
  • working with sales, display, and purchasing
  • planning and ordering goods for the store
  • receiving deliveries and stocking shelves
  • maintaining order and creating an inviting store
  • scheduling and responsibility for our seasonal colleagues

The work is primarily scheduled on weekdays, but weekend work occurs during high season, holidays, and events.

Who are you?

We believe you are a positive and responsible person who enjoys meeting people and creating good customer experiences. You have a genuine interest in food, taste, health, or locally produced products and thrive in an environment where no two days are alike.

We would like you to:

  • be self-reliant and proactive
  • enjoy sales and customer contact
  • have an eye for order, aesthetics, and details
  • not be afraid to jump in where needed
  • appreciate a small team with close collaboration and have an interest in leading and developing people
  • have knowledge and experience that contributes to further elevating our organization

Previous experience from retail, café, or service is meritorious, but we place great importance on personality and engagement.
