Position details: Permanent full-time equivalent (30 hours per week), with a probationary period.

Start date: Immediately, according to agreement.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the role.

We are looking for a service-oriented retail salesperson with a B-license for forklifts, preferably with experience in counterbalance forklifts and general forklift driving skills. You should also enjoy practical tasks such as the daily unloading of trucks.

You put the finishing touches on the customer experience

You have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' visits. Your important mission is to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, ensuring the customer finds their way in the store. Your goal is to ensure the customer leaves happy – preferably with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling!

What will you do?

We are seeking a service-oriented retail salesperson with a B-license for forklifts, preferably with counterbalance forklift experience and driving proficiency, who also enjoys practical tasks like daily truck unloading. Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main responsibilities include:

• Unloading trucks.
• Ensuring customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
• Working with restocking and creating a pleasant store environment with order and cleanliness.
• Working at the checkout and self-scanning, including handling service issues.
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly "hello" and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Super! If you have previous retail experience – even better!

We believe you:

• Have a B-license for forklifts and preferably prior driving experience.
• Have a high school education and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak more languages, it is fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, notice when something needs to be done, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
