Job Responsibilities

Welcome to our Home Care team, where no two days are the same.

What does the job entail?

• Visits are planned by our central planning unit.
• Your company mobile phone is your primary work tool (schedule, information, documentation).
• You work independently but are always part of a team.
• We travel between visits in various ways – we cycle, drive, or walk.

You help our care recipients in their daily lives with tasks such as:

• Personal care
• Cleaning, laundry, and shopping
• Walks and social interaction
• Medication reminders

Qualifications

Who are you?

• Social, responsible, empathetic, and enjoy working with people.
• Comfortable with mobile phones and digital systems.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, or nights.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) – desirable or required depending on the specific group.

No experience? No problem. We will train you during the introduction!

Please note that applicants must be over 18 years old due to the Working Environment Act regulations regarding minors. However, there are some positions available for 17-year-olds, so do not hesitate to apply.

Employment Details

• Type of employment: Summer job / Holiday work.
• Duration: 3–6 months.
• Location: Opportunities available in Ljungby as well as Lagan, Södra Ljunga, Ryssby, Lidhult, and Night Patrol.

Summer vacancies run from mid-June to August, and we would love for you to work at least four weeks with us, preferably during the summer! There are also opportunities for hourly temporary positions starting now and weekend-only shifts.
