We are currently looking for summer substitutes for our store Coop Marstrand. We want you to have good initiative and positive energy that is contagious. You see the customer's needs and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative, happy to offer suggestions and ideas, and find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have the desire to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary, and you will work with most duties common in a grocery store, such as customer service, cash register work, and picking items. The customer should always be greeted by a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-class service.

Together with your colleagues, you become the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one. You are good at building long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience from working in the grocery retail sector is highly advantageous, but personal suitability is most important to us.

The positions are summer substitutes on a part-time basis (approx. 20 hours/week) during the period of June–August. Recruitment is ongoing, and the positions may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours vary and include day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

• You must be at least 18 years old as you need to be able to work independently at the cash register.
• Good Swedish language skills (both spoken and written) are required.
• Previous experience from working in the grocery retail sector is advantageous.
