At our company, you will work in a tightly knit team with strong team spirit and high technical expertise. We are in the midst of an exciting development where electrified buses and trucks are becoming a natural part of the future. Today, we have delivered over 800 fully electric buses in Sweden, and our first MAN eTrucks are now on the market.

As a Technical Trainer here, you will become an important part of our Service & Support team, working closely with our existing trainers and our Market Training Manager. This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about vehicle technology and driven by educating, inspiring, and developing others.

You will be responsible for both theoretical and practical training for our own workshops, authorized partners, and customers across Sweden.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and conducting technical training courses
• Developing and improving course materials and training structures
• Participating in international "Train the Trainer" programs
• Traveling throughout Sweden and maintaining contact with the headquarters in Germany
• Contributing to the development of future training concepts for electrified vehicles

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive experience as a technician or mechanic in the automotive industry
• A strong technical interest and a willingness to share your knowledge
• Good pedagogical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (Category B)
