We are now looking for an on-site technician with experience in AV technology for an assignment where you will have a varied role at the intersection of IT support, conference technology, and video production. Here, you will become an important part of ensuring that both digital and physical meetings run smoothly – from smaller meetings to larger internal and external broadcasts.

Your responsibilities
In the role of on-site technician, you will work broadly within both IT support and AV/meeting technology. You are responsible for ensuring a stable and professional user experience in the business's technical environments.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Handling incoming cases such as incidents, orders, questions, and problems in the case management system
- Supporting internal and external broadcasts as well as handling digital and physical meetings
- Working with video production, streaming, and broadcast technology including audio and video mixing
- Troubleshooting and managing hardware and software related to conference room technology and workplace technology
- Ensuring correct prioritization, classification, and handling of cases
- Solving incidents according to set SLA and OLA levels
- Documenting solutions and routines in the knowledge base
- Contributing to training, information dissemination, and knowledge transfer to users and colleagues
- Supporting the business ahead of larger meetings, conferences, and external events

Requirements
We see that you have:
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT technician within the last 5 years
- At least 2 years of experience with AV technology
- At least 2 years of experience with broadcast technology, for example audio and video mixing
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Teams Room
- Experience in troubleshooting and installation of client hardware
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Merits
It is an extra merit if you have:
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems
- Education in film production, media technology, or a similar field
