ABOUT THE ROLE // MAKE IMPACT WHERE IT MATTERS

We are now looking for a Service Coordinator for an international operation based in Malmö. Here you will have a central role in an engaged team where you work closely with the operations and are responsible for ensuring that planning, resources, and daily activities function efficiently. This is a full-time consultancy position with a high chance of extension or permanent hire. Start date according to agreement.

This is a role for you who enjoy combining administration and coordination with problem-solving and communication – where no two days are exactly alike.

Examples of responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Plan, coordinate, and allocate resources based on operational needs
  • Ensure efficient workflows and create good foresight in daily planning
  • Maintain ongoing contact with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor changes, identify needs, and reprioritize when necessary
  • Work in several different systems for administration, planning, and follow-up
  • Support operations with operational questions and contribute to the development of processes and working methods
  • Ensure that activities are carried out within set timeframes

YOUR PROFILE // YOU BRING THE EDGE

We believe you have previous experience from a coordinating, administrative, or planning role where you are used to juggling many parts at once.

You are comfortable working at a high pace and feel at ease reprioritizing when conditions change. You thrive in a role with many stakeholders and have a natural ability to create structure around you.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in coordination, planning, or administration
  • Good system proficiency and ease in adapting to new working methods
  • Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Experience working in a changing and fast-paced environment
