Do you want to work with technology while helping people in their daily lives? TechBuddy is currently looking for more dedicated technicians in the Visby area!

About the Role

As a TechBuddy, you help businesses or private individuals with everyday technology. This can involve installing computers, setting up networks and Wi-Fi, connecting TVs, audio, and video, making smart products communicate with each other, or troubleshooting when technology misbehaves. You work independently at the customer's location but are part of a wonderful and tech-savvy community with over 1,200 Buddies across Sweden.

How It Works

1. Jobs come in from private individuals, companies, and our partners.

2. You choose which jobs you want to take in our app.

3. You call the customer, book a time, and drive out.

4. You complete the job and report it in the app.

We are looking for you who

• Have a genuine interest in technology – you are the person relatives and friends call when technology acts up.
• Are service-oriented and pedagogical, and enjoy explaining things so the customer understands.
• Enjoy managing your own schedule and working independently.
• Have good communication skills in Swedish.
• Have a B driver's license and access to a car (meritorious).

We offer

• Hourly wage from 240 up to 340 SEK/hour – the more or harder jobs you take, the higher the pay.
