We are looking for you who want to work on a fixed schedule, as a hourly employee or substitute as needed, in a secure and experienced assistant team around a woman with ALS. The work consists of 12-hour shifts distributed between day, evening, and night.

This is single-assistance, and you work independently in the client's home. She lives with her husband in an apartment. There are no animals in the home. No respirator is required for this assignment.

🩺 About the assignment

As a personal assistant, you help with:

• Personal care, hygiene, and mobility.
• Support in daily routines and communication.
• Assistance with meals and practical tasks in everyday life.
• Creating safety, structure, and good quality of life at home.

You will receive introduction and training before working independently.

• Are female.
• Have experience in personal assistance or work within healthcare and social care.
• Are meticulous, secure, and responsible.
• Are sensitive, calm, and respectful in your approach.
• Have good teamwork skills and can take responsibility even during quiet shifts.
• Can speak and understand Swedish fluently.
• Are punctual and have a high work ethic.
• Do not have fur/animal allergies.

⏰ Working hours and scope

The work is performed in 12-hour shifts, and we are looking for staff for fixed schedules, hourly employment, as well as substitutes as needed for day, evening, and night shifts.

Interviews and employment are conducted on an ongoing basis.
