We are looking for care staff for Hagby Ängar

Hagby Ängar is a care and nursing home for people with dementia. As care staff at Hagby Ängar, you work to create a safe and meaningful everyday life for our residents. You are part of a cross-professional team that collaborates across groups to provide care characterized by security, value, and quality. The work is based on a person-centered approach with a focus on the resident's needs and wishes.

We are vigorously renovating our outdoor environment and creating spaces for gardening, horticulture, and nature-based stays, whether for activities or recreation. Animals, such as chickens and dogs, are also part of our environment.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who want to work as care staff at Hagby Ängar, a special housing facility focused on dementia, and contribute to giving people a safe and meaningful life. The work involves supporting residents in their daily lives with personal care, household chores, meals, walks, and social interaction. You will also document according to current routines. Some tasks may require delegation, such as medication management.

Qualifications

We place great importance on personal suitability and teamwork skills. You are responsible, flexible, and have a good manner of dealing with people. You enjoy working independently but also collaborate well with colleagues. Previous experience from care and nursing is meritorious, as is computer literacy and documentation experience, but most importantly, you must have a genuine interest in people and want to make a difference. You need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
