Spill Västra Kajen is now looking for you who want to be part of the launch of our restaurant operations at Västra Kajen, primarily in the greenhouse.
In the spring of 2025, Spill acquired Västra Kajen camping and guest harbor, and later that year also the greenhouse from Sinnenas Atelje. Currently, work is underway to expand the restaurant operations that have been conducted in the greenhouse ahead of the summer of 2026, as well as developing a delicatessen shop, café, ice cream bar, etc., at the pier.
We are now looking for you who want to join us from the start, where we plan to serve lunches and café food at the greenhouse year-round, as well as produce food for the delicatessen shop, catering, events, etc. During the summer, we will extend our hours into the evenings and also serve at the pier. For the rest of the year, our ambition is to offer evening service to private groups and parties, as well as host themed evenings.
We will work with everything from breakfast to dinner menus, varying between à la carte and buffets. Our garden offers opportunities for grill evenings and outdoor cooking, while indoors we can serve everything from café food to cold and hot dishes.
